  • Remove fixing screws and take out the drive
  • Pack your drive in an antistatic bag and cover it with bubble rap then place it inside of a shipping cardboard box. We recommend shipping your properly labeled package with a reliable carrier.

Protect your data by doing the following:

  • Stop using the compromised system
  • Turn off physically damaged equipment
  • Do not attend to recover the lost data without technical support
  • Do not run any data recovery programs
  • Do not change your system configuration in any way
  • Do not open the drive or expose the hard drive to the environment
