As soon as we receive your defective
media, the problem that occurred in result to the data loss,
will be evaluated. Our technicians will evaluate and verify
the extent of data loss. In the process, the information provided
by you in the Data Recovery Evaluation Request Form and/or
Shipping Form will help the evaluation process. Our evaluation
process is free of charge (Expedited Service Available upon
request). After the evaluation, you will receive the diagnostics
and price quote for the repair of the defective item.
We do
not charge if we do not recover data from your hard drive!
This guarantee demonstrates our confidence on recovering your
defective item. Most recovery organizations have a tendency
to charge a higher charge than stated on the quote range.
They also have a tendency to exaggerate on turn-around times.
We fully recognize that these unfortunate situations are very
stressful for you and we believe that you should be fully
informed in your recovery process.

Shipping Instructions:
- Please include our Data Recovery Evaluation Request Form
filled out and place within shipping box/package.
- Remove and retain all brackets, cables and misc. hardware
unless otherwise instructed.
- Place the unit inside an anti-static bag. If an anti-static
bag is not available wrap the unit in aluminum foil.
- Suspend the unit in the center of a sturdy box with 3-4
inches of foam or bubble wrap around all 6 sides.
- Seal the box with sturdy tape.
- We recommend shipping hard drives via air service to minimize
handling such as UPS Next DAY or UPS 2nd DAY air services.
Hard drives are delicate instruments; do not ship your drive
in the bags or boxes provided by delivery services, as they
are insufficient protection for your equipment.
